I Believe! (Proof that God Exists) Con’t.
How is it that this big accident provided us with everything we need, and could possibly want, in order to not only sustain life, but so that we could enjoy it as well? We need oxygen to breath of course, and we exhale carbon dioxide (CO2), and I find it amazing that trees and plants take in CO2 and releases oxygen…what an ingenious system! I Googled the list of gases, and it was way too long to copy and paste here, but life would certainly not be as enjoyable and interesting without useful gases like Helium; Neon; Argon; Krypton; Xenon; Acetylene, etc. On one hand we have been given fire (heat), and on the other hand ice (cold)…we have water, rain, sleet, snow, hail…all controlled by temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure (air pressure), and wind.
And speaking of ingenious systems…how about the Human body? Two or more organs working together in the execution of a specific body function form an Organ System (Biological System or Body System). The functions of organ systems often share significant overlap.

- Circulatory system: pumping and channeling blood to and from the body and lungs with heart, blood, and blood vessels.
- Digestive System: digestion and processing food with salivary glands, esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, intestines, rectum, and anus.
- Endocannabinoid system: neuromodulatory lipids and receptors involved in a variety of physiological processes including appetite, pain-sensation, mood, motor learning, synaptic plasticity, and memory.

Cells communicate by sending and receiving signals. Signals may come from the environment, or they may come from other cells. In order to trigger a response, these signals must be transmitted across the cell membrane. Sometimes the signal itself can cross the membrane. Other times the signal works by interacting with receptor proteins that contact both the outside and inside of the cell. In this case, only cells that have the correct receptors on their surfaces will respond to the signal.
The Incredible Immune System
To survive this challenge, multiple mechanisms evolved that recognize and neutralize pathogens. Even simple unicellular organisms such as bacteria possess enzyme systems that protect against viral infections. Jawed vertebrates, including humans, have even more sophisticated defense mechanisms. The typical vertebrate immune system consists of many types of proteins, cells, organs, and tissues that interact in an elaborate and dynamic network. As part of this more complex immune response, the human immune system adapts over time to recognize specific pathogens more efficiently. This adaptation process is referred to as "adaptive immunity" or "acquired immunity" and creates immunological memory. Immunological memory, created from a primary response to a specific pathogen, provides an enhanced response to secondary encounters with that same, specific pathogen. This process of acquired immunity is the basis of vaccination. After the body gains immunity towards a certain pathogen, when infection by that pathogen occurs again, the immune response is called the secondary response.
Deoxyribonucleic acid or DNA, is a nucleic acid that contains the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms (with the exception of RNA viruses). The main role of DNA molecules is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints, like a recipe or a code, since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells, such as proteins and RNA molecules. The DNA segments that carry this genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes, or are involved in regulating the use of this genetic information.
The information in DNA is stored as a code made up of four chemical bases: adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), and thymine (T). Human DNA consists of about 3 billion bases, and more than 99 percent of those bases are the same in all people. The order, or sequence, of these bases determines the information available for building and maintaining an organism, similar to the way in which letters of the alphabet appear in a certain order to form words and sentences…or programming code makes a software program run…and if they are not in the exact, correct order…it doesn’t work!
What it all boils down to is one basic question: “How did God come into existence?” God Himself said, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End." (Eternal) Just because our finite brains can’t comprehend that…doesn’t mean it’s not true…that’s why it’s called “Faith.” And I would pose the same question to the Big Bang (evolution) people: “How did those two big rocks that crashed into each other, and the living organisms that were smeared all over them, come into existence?” And then there’s the question of the “Chicken and the Egg” Species would have had to start out as mature adults, because there is no way an infant could protect itself, feed itself, and shelter itself. I’m sorry folks, but it is a far greater stretch for me to believe that a big accident was responsible for everything that exists…than for me to believe a Supreme Being, with Intelligent Design, was responsible…it’s just to amazing and awesome! It’s ludicrous to think otherwise, because there is just too much evidence that points to the existence of God. Besides all of the above…no other piece of ancient literature has such an abundance of manuscript witnesses as does the New Testament…as well as archaeological and linguistic discoveries in this century!
There is no legitimate scholar today that denies that Jesus is a historic figure that walked on this earth about 2,000 years ago, that he did remarkable wonders and acts of charity, and that he died a horrible death on a Roman cross just outside Jerusalem. The only dispute is whether Jesus was God incarnate who rose from the dead three days after His crucifixion. These are all matters of historical record that can be earnestly discovered and tested. The evidence for Jesus and His great works are well documented both in and out of the Bible. The evidence for His crucifixion on the cross, the empty tomb three days later, and His appearances to over 500 eye-witnesses after his resurrection is very compelling. Jesus fulfilled over 300 messianic prophecies written in the Old Testament scriptures.
With the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the reliability of the Septuagint version of the Old Testament, both of which have been proven to exist prior to the time Jesus walked on the earth, you can be assured that these prophecies were not “conspired” after-the-fact. They were truly fulfilled by the Messiah, Jesus Christ. With today’s archaeological, historical and manuscript evidence, there’s far less reason to deny the origin of the Bible and its divine authenticity than to deny the legitimacy of works by Homer, Plato and Aristotle!
